All the reviews are true. Trashiest behaviour I’ve seen in a long time. Canada post shouldn’t support this guy. The guy took his sweet time from the cashier while staring at me stand there looking for the Canada post worker. The worst customer service speaking you could expect. The place is not even busy just stay stationed at the Canada Post. They are paying you and if you need glasses to check a name then go get a pair.

No sense of customer service in this shop. I had to pick up a parcel for my business, which was to be paid for with my business credit card. The man refused to let me pay by credit card and proceeded to raise his voice at me and tap his finger on the "debit and cash only" sign. Canada Post informed me he is not actually allowed to refuse a credit card as this is not their policy.
I was forced to go back again the next day to pick up another package, where he then demanded to inspect my card to make sure that it was not a credit card.
No please or thank you, just a cold and very uncomfortable environment. You are made to feel that you should not be there. Avoid if you can...

Truly some of the most vile, rude and spiteful human beings operate this store and Canada Post location. I have filed complaints with Canada Post repeatedly. They refuse to let you breathe, use a credit card, open a package or do anything without being verbally assaulted, lied to and abused. If you can stay away, do so.

I am leaving 1 Star because 0 is not an option. What a horrendous experience with the man who owns this post office and mini-mart!! He wasted 45 minutes of out time with his mistakes, kept tacking on charges, awful customer service and communication, and upon comparing our Canada Post Receipts to the total he calculated + charged us, it appears he added on a mystery $20 to the total he charged us at his till. At that point, everything was processed and packed, so we couldn’t even leave with our things to go to another post office. By far, the worst experience I have ever had at a Canada Post! Don’t go here

dropped off a package to send back to Amazon, the guy just told us to leave it there and now over a week later Amazon still doesn't have the package, AVOID THIS PLACE!!

A package that was supposed to be delivered to our house. It was not delivered and they did not even try to deliver it. When we arrived at this office we were told to come in after 6:00 and they laughed in our face because they close at 6:00 PM. Reconsider your staff. And your policies on dealing with people! For this kind of communication I can make a scandal.

Just know as a private post office they can and do charge a premium over regular post rates.Each of the packages we sent over the last couple of weeks were 35% over the cost that we checked on the Canada Post website and app. We thought it a mistake at first so tested the process. A parcel that was supposed to go for 14 dollars with 2 day service was charged 21 dollars for the slowest 8 day service. I guess its the price you pay for a "convenience " store.
