Happy with our continued business with Canada mailers for bubble mailer envelopes. They offer the best prices and it’s hard to find genuine good customer service these days! They went above and beyond making our order right yesterday and I appreciate the customer service thank you!

I ordered 2 different envelops on May 05 2021. One parcel arrived but still waiting for the other parcel since then (more than one month). Canada Mailers is not helping out. They just said "We are inquiring with Canada Post" on May 19 2021. No answer from them since then. Bad customer service.UPDATE: After long long time I got my 2nd parcel but not when I needed it.

Made a small order of poly mailing bags and arranged to pick-up my order at their warehouse (hint, go around the back of their main office!) within the same day. I like that they also accept Paypal.I recommend calling to confirm that your order is ready beforehand. Pretty affordable and friendly service, however the employee who gave me my order was not wearing a mask which was a bit concerning, especially if you're dealing with customers. Anyways, I would order again but I hope their employees are protected during this time.

I sent 3 emails over a week, no reply.I check the website for returns and am sent to a “no site” as do many of the Contact Us tabs.I phone and talk to a woman who tells me “there are no returns.” I ask the same question in various ways explaining I ordered the wrong size, I will pay for the shipping back and I will pay the price difference and she tells me that if the box has been opened, they will not accept.”She gets my order number confirms my information and says she will call back. I am still waiting.Do not shop here. Go elsewhere and pay a wee bit more to get Customer Service and the ability to return an item. That is what I am going to do.

Prices are great - that's pretty much it. Certain items are always out of stock. When asked when they would get more, they said the shipment will arrive in 3 months. 3 months for a product to come in stock?! One of the reception has a very bad attitude. When I went to the front desk for a prearranged pickup, I have to talk across the room. Can the person not get up and come to the front?? Will not order from them again.

My package still has not arrived and when I contacted the company I have yet to be contacted back regarding my package. It has been nearly 2 weeks since it was shipped and I only live half an hour away from the warehouse. My previous orders have always arrived the next business day after ordering. A little customer service regarding my LOST package would be nice.
UPDATE : I finally received my package and it was in fact a shipping error due to Canada mailers putting in the incorrect address. It has been 3 days and still no contact or apology from Canada mailers. I will not be ordering from this company again and I advice you to do the same.
