I purchased 112 dollar boots and in 2 days the soul is separated the whole pasting is out. Atleast change your return policy.some of us can’t afford to buy shoes daily.

Sales associate V is lovely. Helped me with my shoes. However, the two associates that were working tonight (Sunday, January 29th) came up to me three times in a span of 5 minutes to tell me that the store was closing in 5 minutes. When I tried to explain what happened, one of the associates interrupted me and starting saying how she was confused about who was helping me. Had V not been so nice and helpful, I would have not purchased the boots I wanted. Please train your closing staff to be more polite and respectful with customers and to learn to apologize.

Recently I bought waterproof boots from call it spring. I wore 3-4 time in rains and after that it started to peel and sole got detached and even the leather got spoilt . BAD EXPERIENCE and LOSS of money

Poor customer service. Asst store manager Anmol does not have language etiquettes, rude as well. I am seeing a-lot of people complaining about her. Don’t understand why no action has been taken yet.

The manager is really rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. The employees who assisted me were helpful but please change the manager. She didn't even listen to my whole question and was rude and ignorant. The store number provided on Google never works neither any support from online customer service.

We bought a pair of shoes and then without asking us she added insole which was 8.99$ she charged us then after we payed, we realized that she charged us without asking so we asked for a refund. Then she said “no returns”. Her customer service was absolutely horrible. Extremely rude. Armol Prtt. Her business code 46748212 I never want to go back to this store after how she treated us. I didn’t even leave the store before she said no returns.

Very poor customer service provided by the assistant store manager named anmol. I was there for a return and i was having the receipt and everything but at the end and after talking around more than half an hour. One of the team member asked it’s your call to process it or not. But she denied and saying I’m the assistant manager and it’s my choice. It was a size issue and unfortunately I didn’t liked the colour but at the end as i was not having any choice i just changed the size. Bad experience while shopping over there.
