I've always enjoyed the atmosphere and customer service of everyone here. I shop regularly but was having an off day. Mohit and Nihdi showed genuine care and uplifted my mood. Perhaps the best customer service I've seen in the last few years! Thanks you two!!

Store is so clean and tidy, but the short hair Asian lady has no eyes contact and doesn't even say thanks. I do remember her that she was working at T&T supermarket few years ago, she was rude when was working at T&T too.

My previous shopping experience at this store was very good and I was a regular customer almost every week. The other assistant members were very friendly, but today I met this cashier with short black hair who looked Asian. She kept rolling her eyes at me，staring at me, grumbling about what I didn't even know, and was impatient to even get her to pay the bill which is her job! She kept keeping that face like if I were stealing from the store, all the while speaking as if she were trying to drive the customers away. It was a very unpleasant experience, and she seemed to have a bad attitude throughout like she was angry with me or something. I don't like such cashiers in this store. The quality of her service is just completely different experience from other cashiers that I've had. She looks like she received no training at all and with no polite to customers, and she also had an accent that I need to react every time to understand them. She absolutely needs more training or be fired from this store. And her attitude just ruined my day and made me feel bad about the store.

Awful prices. They are just ripping people off. They are at least 50 cents or a dollar more then even Save - On. Hours are a joke, close at 9 pm. Thanks I will shop elsewhere.

Didn’t really feel prices low in this store. Pretty pricy for bakery items. But service was good, ample parking inside and easy access are plus points.

This is a very well organized Buy Low. Everything is very well stock. The store is quite big and best part is that there is a free parking. The store is clean and the isles are nice and wide.

Buy Low Foods is also a part of Kings crossing, its smaller than Save on foods and its so nice to have a second grocery store at Kings crossing that is even closer to me!

Very small for a grocery store so there's limited selection. The staff are friendly. Prices are basically the same as the neighboring Save-on-Foods. Above ground parking is available and only steps away from the door. Would only recommend coming here if you live close by because it is not very outstanding.

Buy Low Foods has a decent selection, a well kept produce section, and their prices are roughly the same as Save on Foods.2023 Update .. still the same as above, but I didn't mention in my 2022 comments what kind and caring staff the have. Really great people work here!

The produce is pretty bad, which is unfortunate due to my preference for a vegan diet. The price gouging is about the same as other stores. The staff all seem happy, which is a sign of a good work environment. The store owner is very polite and professional.
