I love having Burnaby Square as my local pharmacy. They've given me all my COVID shots and boosters. The pharmacist I've been dealing with is supremely helpful (one of my bp medications is in short supply and he came up with a workable solution in less than a week). The staff are unfailingly kind, patient, polite and efficient. I honestly wish everyone in Canada could get service like this.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years maybe 2008-2010 and still travel from surrey ! The old pharmacy crew were amazing kind caring and very informative . but since Par has cut his days it’s been issue after issue!! Actually I feel very unwelcome there and almost ashamed to pick up my medicine . I also have realized it may only be 1 person who makes it so uncomfortable but that’s all it takes !!!! It seemsTo have been just in the last 3 months
