After reading several negative reviews about this store , I can relate my today’s experience. While I was sharing my feedback of a sales rep with the manager of store Mr. Sergio here, he didn’t care about that and instead told me “ I am very successful and working here since 13 years”. You might think you are very successful but sorry not for an unsatisfied customer.
Please note they will push sales on you without understanding your needs. Definitely never buying from this store or recommending it!

My cousins recently had an amazing experience here . I recommended them to shop here cuz I purchased a nice pair of Lacoste shoes a few months ago nd the staff assisted me at every step.The gentleman Emanol helped me out and all the cashiers are so professional and beautiful. I was assisted by Jaz who was a lovely lady. Will definitely recommend !

The Team at the Metrotown Browns is the greatest!
I was initially served by Anita over the weekend and she was patient and awesome. Incidentally, I did need to come back for an exchange today due to sizing issue.
Sergio, the manager, is just the epitome of leading by example in terms of excellent customer service, he even gave me tips on fitting for shoes next time….so organic and just all genuine interactions! Thank you so much!

I understand it’s a busy place. But then you need to train your co-workers how to handle the pressure. I asked to bring a size and the lady was so rude. And this is the second time I faced this at this location. Downtown (robson st) location has much better customer service.

Went there today looking for some sneakers and Pipelayo was sooo kind and welcoming to me. Left such a good impression and makes me want to shop more often at this store! Everyone else was also very kind, thank you!

Not a fan of Metrotown mall isn't my cup of tea ? however had to go in purchase some sneakers, nice selection of shoes .

Excellent Customer Service by a sale representative Miss Bruna :
i was in the store just window shopping last week, I did not plan to buy anything : Bruna approached me in a very professional way and i end up decided to buy 2 pairs of SPERRY TOP -SIDER ;
I picked up the shoes this evening June 6, 2024 and once again she served me once again, I thought i will never get any attention by the staff because im just here to picked up my shoes.
Her excellence service and her " Big Smile " really make me happy and I will return for sure. Employees like her is a BONUS to the company. Wishing her all the BEST with Browns Shoes.

Just wanted to mention how lovely Pepe's (good chance I misheard/misspelled this name, so sorry :,( !!) help was. When the shoes I was looking for weren't in stock, she helped so much by finding similar options and making suggestions. She was also very sweet and personable. Please let her know the two girls who were shopping for grad are very thankful for her help!

Sergio and Julian came in clutch like shoe ninjas and within 10 minutes of closing were able to recommend me a lovely pair of moccasins and provide me with care tips and fashion advice on how to wear them. Great service and knowledgeable staff!
