If you are a Coast Mountain Bus Company employee, DO NOT go here for your uniform alterations. DO NOT! The store would say they do a lot for CMBC uniforms but in fact this store is no longer an approved vendor. The store would ask you to pay out of your own pocket but in fact the employer should pay an approved vendor directly.

I brought in three winter jackets and they ripped my pocket on one of the jackets and lost the hood of my second winter jacket. However, they did fix my pocket right away and found the hood. Not the best but great customer service and in the end my clothes were clean.

First time here will be my only time here.I came to this place because the reviews seemed so good.This place completely destroyed my Ganna Jacket from Aritizia.. it's an oversized sweater jacket (made of Merino wool) meant to fit large has now shrunk to skin tight on the arms and the cuffs are now lengthed at the forearms.. completely ruined. I was even planning to bring more clothes to get tailored here... Obviously, I've changed my mind. I'm so sad of the outcome and disappointed in their work.I will say the lady up front was friendly and nice. But the trust is gone now, so I won't be coming back here.
