DISMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Under the former manager, Rod Boucher, this store was a complete pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, since it was taken over by Bishop's several years ago, I have experienced nothing but UNFRIENDLY (sometimes rude) and INCOMPETENT staff, and will no longer support this store by buying my hot tub maintenance products here. Say goodbye to customer loyalty programs, like your yearly free filter - it's been CANCELLED (but it was a lifetime promise when you spent thousands on your hot tub.....). Account credits go MISSING. Beachcomber owners - you can buy direct from the head office - don't waste your time or money at this business.

if anyone is looking for good quality outdoor furniture please go & see Racheal! She made the whole process so easy for us even during covid... which caused a few delays. Everyone that comes over always compliments our furniture set, especially our cove fire pit! its stunning.we showed her pictures of our space & asked her what our options could be & it was better than anything we were thinking! 10/10 service & quality.I've recommended Bishop's to everyone.

I have dreamed about buying high end BBQ Saber 670 for over a year. I went to Bishops and Tom and Melissa where absolutely amazing and knowledgable about all the bells and whistles this BBQ comes with. They took their time to explain everything in great detail. I couldn't be more happier! This is a great place to shop for a great quality BBQ. I highly recommend it!

We had a great experience at Bishops with the purchase of our new patio furniture, fire table and covers! Their prices are competitive and their customer service was amazing! We purchased the Cabana series and live it. We had such great service with. Kari is so friendly and patient and took the time to ensure we were satisfied at every stage of our purchase. Tom, who is also committed to customer satisfaction is managing a great group of people.

The staff there were fantastic, helpful and informative with no pressure to buy from them. Went back after having done our research and got an even better deal.HOWEVER - the reason I don't give them 5 stars was because the delivery was a nightmare. They set it up and the guy they sent was professional when he came to check it but when they delivered it, he was nuts. Scary and threatening. Now I can't enjoy the tub without thinking of the crazy guy that delivered it and threw a fit on our property, threatening us.Hopefully the bad memories will go away and I will be left with enjoying the tub.If you can arrange your own delivery I would highly recommend this company. If not, try somewhere else.

Buyers beware !! On october 3 2020 My husband bought Lassen Cust Swivel Rocker Chair's and firepit the cost was over $5,300 for my 65th birthday Rachel provided good service .But when the set was delivered there was problems with some cushions so we took pictures and emailed to Rachel she was going on and on not taking responsibility to have it fixed all we wanted to exchange for new ones, we got no where with her so we called Tom the store manager and he told my husband he will drop by at our place and have a look on Sunday.We were so happy finally some one is taking responsibility But Tom did not call or show up. We are seniors and spending that kind of money on patio furniture you hope that the store could take care of their customers .I am sorry to say not this store. One year ago I bought kitchen table and chairs from Brick one of chair had some marks it no question asked in 2 weeks we got new chairs the set only cost us $600.00 too bad Brick does not sell patio furniture that's what you call customer service. ??
