Got low tire pressure on the rear left tire because of a sudden temperature drop, so I stopped by to inflate it. They were super helpful and friendly, inflated my tire, and even checked for nails without me asking just to be sure. Definitely coming back there!

Had a flat tire nearby, they came by to inspect the tire, helped me get the car to their shop, then repaired it even though it was a tough job. Saved me lots of money, were friendly and professional, and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Came in with a slow tire leak and paid for a patch, but there was a few other nails in the same tire and they fixed for free. Lambert was very helpful and friendly at the front desk and made sure I left happy. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

I stopped there with a screw in the tire. Not deflating, nothing urgent... Thought that if I came to the tire shop they would repair a puncture with a patch, not even expected proper curring. Instead it was repaired by plug (cord) - same as I could do myself spending the same time and three times less money. Then they said that it cost 50 bucks... Ordinary and stupid cheating...
Good luck with your business folks.

Highly recommend Big O Tires for any repairs that your car may need !! Tracy hooked me up with a discount that better suited my budget and the team had the brake repairs completed within a day of getting my estimate ! I appreciated the clear consistent communication and will definitely be returning in the future ! :)

We just had a LOT of work done on our vehicle. It cost a fortune but we weren't surprised, we had our suspicions of what would need to be done. They did the work, fairly quickly. The older gentleman was overly friendly (almost suspiciously and desperately so), and then called us a few days later to say he wanted to have another look since we had spent so much money and had so much done. Incredibly time consuming having to take the time to drop the car off for another full day, but we had noticed some creaks and such that we hadn't had before. We had initially figured it might have been the new suspension parts wearing in, or stuff in the trunk. They had a look and claimed there was fishing line wrapped around our CV boot and made comments that maybe my husband had been out and about and shouldn't have driven on the beach, and that we'd need to have the CV boot fixed. This isn't a thing that happened. It only went to work. We said that we'd bring it back later to check if the supposed fishing line had caused issues. They said otherwise everything was fine (weren't concerned about the creaks). The creaks stayed, and started getting worse, including some rattling noises. We decided it had to be addressed. I was scared it was going to become dangerous. We took it back, mentioning everything above. They had a look and said everything was tight and it was fine. They said there were no clunking or sounds. We did a bit more looking into it and it really seems that the CV is going. Pressure on the side of the passenger side front tire with just my foot causes the clunk noise, not to mention the creaking (not on any other wheels). The clunking and creaking got even worse in the days after they said it was fine. It got to the point we stopped driving the car on the highway if possible. We've just traded it in on something newer... I need something dependable for work. That car won't be getting serviced at BigO.

I stopped by, without an appointment, because my tire light came on. Nick was there and not only fixed the issue but also checked the others to ensure they were okay. Service was exceptional, I was so grateful for his kindness and his assistance!

I have been here a few times for tire changes. The first time when the new owners switched to BigO. The tire swap was priced per tire. The second time, it was priced per hour? Of course, it cost more but it took the same amount of time as previously. So I decided to try one of the nearby competitors, and they ended up stripping the tire bolt. Ironically, they asked me to take the car to BigO for further repairs...lol. So I guess their work is ok. But pricing is odd.

They helped me out with a flat tire, great service. I had just loaded up the car and family for a road trip on the highway when we noticed a low tire and a screw in it. Called and they got me in right away even though they were busy which we really appreciated. A nice gentleman got us going and checked all the other tires as well. As a result the start of our trip only got delayed about 45 mins from the time we noticed it to the time we were on our way.

Had a screw that punctured my tire as I was coming off the Barnett Highway. Nick was able to quickly inspect and assist. Very honest and helpful.

This place used to be called Firestone Tire and Auto Center, back in Feb 2020 I got a complete brake overhaul. Calipers - Front and Rear, Rotors - Front and Rear and Pads. I paid about 2K, that same weekend I went up to Manning park, I could smell metal on metal I think the E-brake seized up.I kept on drive the smell went away. I brought back to them the following week. They "LOOK" at it (I doubt they did) and I was told everything is fine. That winter the E Brake kept on doing odd stuff and the cable final broke.Fast forward to April 2022, I go in for an oil change and wheel alignment. I was told I need a complete brake job again. I told the person, I was here a few years back. I was upset but I kept my cool, the young lady at the front it's not her fault. When I was leaving an older gent, I think his name was Tony or Anthony came and start saying how much the shop needs my support. Needless to say I have never gone back. I did my brakes myself, the front caliper pins were not lube properly we had to banged them out with a crow bar & hammer. What I take way from this is learn how to do minor repairs on your own. Youtube is a great source / teacher.I would not recommend Big O / Firestone / this location for any auto work.

Got my road inspection done. Nice people, quick service but they stick the worst stickers in the world. Such a poor quality and can’t be removed easily.
