The boss Tony and his team did a very good job in my house for two days. They were so professional. They teach us how to us the thermostat. They clean up their mess after the finished it. I will recommend to all my friends out there. They spend the whole day in my house just to finish it.Bcrc you are the best heating and cooling company in Vancouver.Thanks Tony and his team for everything you did for us.

The boss Tony came to my house in person on the weekend to check on the situation, and then rushed to my house early Monday morning with four other colleagues to install the furnace. They spent most of the day carefully dismantling the old machines, setting up pipes, installing and testing the new machines. After completing the work, they cleaned up the work area and helped haul away the old machines. The whole process is so professional, efficient, and high-quality, they deserve a big thumbs-up! Thank you Tony, thank you BCRC team !!!

Andy was the one whom I spoke to first to set up my home combi boiler annual servicing. Found him very polite snd profession like. Tony who attended with another person was technically sound and proficient while doing the servicing. Some parts were required and he csme back the day as promised and renewed the parts and put the boiler back to service. Later I called him to clarify some querry on ghe boiler and he accepted my call and politely explained to me saying if I had any further questions I could call him. This is good service. I shall definitely call BCRC heating and ask for Tony in future. Thanks.

We are so glad to have BCRC Heating and cooling to clean-up our furnace and air ducts. Tony and Arkan are very nice and professional. They effectively cleaned the whole system. Some technicians just vacuum outside the air duct register under the kitchen sink, but they opened it up and thoroughly got rid of the sand and dust inside. Can't imagine how much stuff accumulated there. What a difference! Big thanks to Tony and Arkan.

I used this company when we moved to our new home in 2022. We had them install 5 units of AC in different rooms. We were very impressed with the immediate attention Andy Salamat gave us. He immediately came to our home after my husband called their office. In two days he was there assessing the AC needs of our home. He had suggestions on AC brands to use and his suggestions were sincere and sensitive to our budget. Andy Salamat and his nephew were very honest with their suggestions.Andy Salamat’s team were very professional. They had their own licensed electrician who checked our power box making sure it had the capacity to give power to 5 AC units. He had his electricians do all the electrical work which were very professionally done. And he had the rest of his teammefficiently working. Andy himself would come in those three days and personally check on the work done. His Nephew Tony would be in our home the whole days making sure all wirings, installations were done perfectly.We had called other companies and received different price quotes. This company presented the most detailed quote and most reasonable. I must add…. They clean up their work area after each day of work.I highly recommend you use this company for your heating and cooling needs.Yesterday, August 15, 2023, I had called Andy to say that one of the AC units seemed not to be giving us the cold AC air we have been getting. Immediately, today, Andy sent two of his team to check this unit. But his technician informed me that Andy gave them instructions to check ALL the AC units and make sure they are all working 100%. They cleaned out all the AC units with their tools. And true enough all units are super AC cold which is how we like it. And we were not charged for anything.So don’t think twice. This company has a heart. They just don’t do it for the money. They want to give excellent service.Racquel GOCO

Both Andy and Tony were thoroughly professional. They put in a new high efficiency furnace and gave me all the info to get an $800 rebate. When I had an issue with it Andy made time for me and Tony came up with an innovative solution to handle my problem. He and his helper fixed it immediately. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks

One of the cooling equipment which was air conditioner in our house broke down. I called BCRC company. A very polite and well-mannered person gently guided me. After exchanging information, we made an appointment for 2 days later. The team of BCRC company is very professional and experienced and had all the equipment needed for service, repairs and installation. After the repairs, they were very neat and clean. Also, someone called the next day to check the condition of my air conditioner and made sure that everything was in order. They are a very professional and experienced company in HVAC or heating and cooling services , specially in air conditioner services and I will definitely introduce them to others and will use their services in the future.Services: HVAC system repair

I highly recommend BCRC for all your heating and cooling needs. I found the company to be extremely friendly, excellent customer service, reliable and trustworthy. Their price point was noticeably better than other companies. They followed through on all my requests including a very minor repair a year later. Highly recommend!

Not only am I leaving a 5 star review, but I want to share my story which gives you an idea of the kind of dedication and commitment the BCRC team has to take care of their customers.My family and I arrived to our home in Burnaby around the time of the big snowstorm and freezing temperatures right before Christmas of 2022.Not only was there a massive snowstorm that lasted for days, but Burnaby was experiencing unusually cold temperatures. The snowstorm left our vehicle stuck in deep snow on our steep road. Many of our neighbours couldn't get their cars out of the snowbanks either.On top of all that, our heating stopped working. Temperatures were around -5 to -10 celsius at that time. We called several repair companies but their technicians couldn't make it to our house. Many companies' own technicians were getting stuck in snow themselves. Hours past while we kept trying different companies. Everyone was kind but they couldn't help.We finally called BCRC and told them our situation. They said they would send someone to us right away. They didn't ask for a name only our house address. Andy showed up very promptly and then called for backup. They used their personal vehicles because their work van was getting stuck in the snow.I was amazed by their dedication and commitment to take care of their customers. They fixed our heating system and the heat was back on. My boiler broke down just after probably the coldest days and I need to bring it back or install new one at timely manner. Andy and Tony came and did a great job walking me through different options and finally installed brand new combi-boiler cleanly and professionally. At one time, there was issue with upstairs heating, and Tony was able to come to my place to fix within half an hour after the call, which is simply truly amazing service. Very happy with their work and service.
