Best BCL around. Not always on top of stocking but I you ask they usually have you covered. Great, super friendly and helpful staff.ost of which have been there quite for some time. Which says a lot. Keep it up

I mean what's to love or hate? I discovered when needing Champagne and other NYE supplies, these are Canadian regulated so pricing is uniform. Bummer no competition for best deal or price. Store was clean, no wait, friendly staff, I dinged 1 star because I think they should allow it at groceries and other locations. My opinion .

They have the line up sign up an isle by the front entrance. It makes 0 sense, you go through the store and get your items and come out usually the beer isle. Normally one would proceed to line up just to the left of the service desk as it's always been. Now for some reason they have you cross all the checkouts, pass all the people in the line of a narrow isle to get the back of the line up, it's absolutely preposterous!

Seriously poor service. Went to customer service to ask about a certain brand and the woman treated me like a leach. Couldn't even open her mouth to say anything. Had to ask her the same sentence twice. Just started at me with a rude look and shook her head.
