We used driver licenses to buy liquors, but they still asked us for second id. Not everyone carries TWO ids with them! What a stupid rule it is!

Worst customer service, I came from AB and our Health Card doesn’t have photo and I only have my Driver License. They were rude and refused to sell. My wife went in with 2 IDs but they shut her down too, rude staff!

Good selection and the staff are all very nice however the security personnel are not. Being followed around the store surreptitiously really doesn't create the most pleasant shopping experience.
Hope the management sees this and gives them some advice on how not to alienate customers.

Rude sexism lady with horrible attitude, first time being shushed by an employee during a normal, calm conversation. I come here all the time and the staff were always so nice and welcoming, very unique experience. Please train staff better
