Haven't gone to this location for some time and won't be going back again. The cider selection was horrible with absolutely no good choices. The cashier I had seemed absolutely miserable, no chatter, no asking if I would like a bag for the 4 bottles I had purchased (which you would think would be a no brainer), no smile, no eye contact throughout the entire checkout. I had to ask for a bag and at the end of the transaction and there of course was no have a nice day at the end. She definitely stayed the course at being absolutely useless at any type of customer service throughout the entire experience. Customer service isn't hard but the gal I unfortunately got stuck with had NO CONCEPT of what it meant. The manager of that store should be embarrassed to have someone like that dealing with people.

Most stubborn cashier I've ever seen. We came in a group of 3 and I forgot to bring physical IDs. He checked IDs of the other two persons and told me ID pictures were not acceptable since they can be photoshoped. Then I fetched my IDs and came back with one of my friends. He rejected us again and said he had to see all of us.

I’m not lucky at this place. Every time I go there, the door is closed, and a note at door says that they will be back soon. Maybe hiring more people is a good idea?

Short-staffed. I don't go too often but always I went there, they were closed during the business hours.

Friendly staff but they close too early and close for an hour everyday in the middle of the day for lunch which is inconvenient

Not too sure about the negative experience the other reviewer had. I’ve been here multiple times and they have been really nice and knowledgeable with recommendations.Only thing is it’s a bit smaller and does close at 7PM, but that’s it.
