I had a very bad experience with customer service. It seems like they’re doing everything possible to avoid accepting returns, which made the entire process frustrating. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I recently purchased clothes from Armani, expecting premium quality, but I was extremely disappointed. After following the care instructions carefully, the clothes shrunk after just one wash, which is unacceptable for a high-end brand. The fabric quality did not live up to expectations, feeling cheap and fragile.
To make matters worse, their return policy is a nightmare. When I tried to return the items, the process was unnecessarily difficult, with customer service being unresponsive and the guidelines overly restrictive. It feels like they are deliberately making it hard to get a refund.
I expected much better from Armani. I won’t be shopping here again and would caution others against doing so unless they improve both the quality of their products and their customer service.

For what it may concern, I hope I find a solution. Three days ago, I bought a T-shirt and it had defects in the sleeves. It extended and I felt that it was not my size. Then the seller insisted and embarrassed me that I should take a smaller one. So I said no problem. I will try it. If I see that it does not fit, I will return it or change something else. Then that day I wore it and did not like it. The sleeve was very bad, so I decided I took it back and bought another. Then I arrived at the store and told them about the problem. Unfortunately, the seller was not satisfied with me returning it or changing anything else. The way the manager spoke was inappropriate and he was not trained in a profession in the most luxurious company.
So for the situation, what I have to do I wish this feedback sent to the owner of ARMANI
If it is a manufacturing problem, why should I pay for this thing? I don’t ask for money I just need to switch it. even when I ask the manager, what’s her name she’s not answering

I just want to thank Jay publicly for dealing with me after the store was closed. I was really distraught and mad at the world really, and was taking my anger out on the clerk threw the glass door. Fortunately, Jay stepped in and provided me with the customer service which I am used to when dealing the Armani Exchange. It made me cry to know there are truly some good people left in a cruel world. I could not have been more blessed. Thank you again ?

Yufeng has been absolutely amazing. We really needed help with some last minute shopping and he gave us great advice, was very patient and helpful, related to my little boy and just was generally awesome. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had and made me feel very inclined to just do all my shopping here

Worst experience. Do not shop here if you are not the same race as the workers. Me and my sister were harassed by workers and the manager was following us around like she was waiting for us to steal. Not only that but the check out took longer than us looking for things to buy. It took them just under 10 minutes to check out 2 items. Do not shop here. If I could I would give a 0 star.
