I recently brought my car here for an ICBC claim. The whole process went very smoothly. Michael and Harvey were great at explaining the procedures, timelines and gave me continuous updates. The end result was amazing. The car looked like nothing happened :) Thanks!

When I first went to Autosonic autobody, I was a bit apprehensive based on the look of it and Michael's somewhat cooler approach. Nevertheless I decided to rely on the excellent reviews Autosonic autobody has.Michel informed me that it would take two months to get me in.Since I wasn't in any hurry, I decided to wait and I am so glad I did!Michel Ng's communication was excellent! The workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend anyone who needs car repairs to use them. Michel was superb in his text communications and how he explained the invoice.

Great advice and service! I had no experience with ICBC claims and another shop wanted to grind down my car door to fix one toonie-sized dent. I brought it to Autosonic for a second opinion and Harvey showed me how they could fill in the dent easily without any grinding. He talked me through the whole process: how I'd have to call ICBC to change shops, the estimate, the actual repair and the courtesy car rental. The dent was fixed in a single day! Would definitely recommend this shop!
