I am going to try to be objective on the quality of repair / customer service I received for my older BMW 3 series. 1) appointment wait time 10/10; good communication and fast appointment 2) communication: 9/10; Eric was professional and informed me that when the old bumper was not able to be reused and he was able to source a new part in a timely matter 3) Repair 8/10, repair on bumper itself colour match is ok, however dust nibs under clearcoat as per picture, upon delivery the bumper installation was crooked 4) Care 0/10 .they SCRATCHED up my car by sending it to a stick wash (my son and his friend did 1 stage paint polishing on front hood, fender, driver/passenger front door last winter and they are going to do the back of car this summer. I am very disappointment their effort was wasted. I have before photo ) Now the car has swirls all over. Finger Nail deep scratch on the INSIDE of my driver side mirror. I suspect from stick wash machine as it is at an awkward location. (see photo) 4) rear passenger bumper scratched after I got home from pickup (see picture), I managed to remove using ScratchX and microfiber however small scratch still remain Maybe because my car is a older car, they are not focused on quality of work? I doubt this is the quality they would use on newer cars and doubt this work is acceptable for higher brand like Porsche. It is simply sloppy. Would you put a 911 into a stick wash after you repair it? Doesn't matter how old or little a car value is, some people take pride in taking care of their car. PLUS The labour hours you put in to repair is the same as for a newer car, why would you receive inferior quality of work. The whole repair is rushed. IN SUMMARY: I came to repair a bumper covered by ICBC but came out with a multiple scratches and swirl mark on a car and a sour taste. I will update this review if the owners/manager will contact me to discuss and resolve my concerns.

Cannot say enough good things about the work they did on the front bumper of my Genesis! The car looks amazing, rare paint color matches perfectly and the entire experience has been completely stress free and pleasant even though I was crazy late in filing the ICBC claim.They took care of everything including some extra repairs I requested, even providing me with a rental so I could still drive while the car was in the shop, they followed up on every little detail, providing me with every bit of information along the way and I absolutely recommend the place for all your body work needs, they did a wonderful job.Services: Auto body & trim repair
