Kassandra was fantastic!! This woman spent over 2 hours with me. I thought she’d be sick of helping me after the first hour but was so eager to ensure I had everything I needed and then some. She is an absolute gem and deserves a raise, promotion, and then some!!

??decided to return? a new dress, there weren't enough arguments, so they came up with the idea that the tag was dirty?, and in general it's impossible to exchange or return it because their sales would fall. I don't recommend it ??

Went in last week to buy my girlfriend a jacket. The staff here are a bunch of pretentious minimum wage making 20 year olds. You sell over priced made-in-China apparel lol. Bunch of clowns. Pro tip: if any of the sales staff give you attitude, kindly remind them they work retail and to please adjust their attitude accordingly. That usually makes them snap out of it.

There was a blonde girl working there and I asked her if the cabaret pants are available and she was confused, later I asked her if any other flare pants are currently available and she said to look up online and was ignorant. I guess they just hired her for looks.
I always buy cloths from aritzia other branches but this was my personal experience from the one in metrotown

The cashier (an Asian young lady) kept asking me if I was buying the dress for me or my friend. I told her it was for me, then she asked again “are you sure it’s not for your friend?” Then she looked at the size, looked us up and down and judged us. Why would you care? Will never shop here again, I felt so uncomfortable.

When my daughter couldn't choose clothes, a Style Specialist named Lydia Kim kindly came over and recommended various clothes that would suit my daughter, and she loved them! I bought a total of four sets, and I was even more satisfied because I was able to buy them cheaper than usual because it was a sale period! Lydia Kim went to the store several times to choose clothes for her daughter! thank you! ??

Store is very clean like other Aritzias so it is dependable. I also found this location to have pretty good stock.
I haven’t shopped at Aritzia for a year since my previous experience was traumatizing with the pressure tactics. This time I was able to politely decline the SAs on the floor while I was gathering clothes to try. But, I made the mistake of handing them to someone while I was in the line to try them out. I had thought I was ‘safe’ from a SA assigning themselves to me because it looked like fitting room employees were ‘clear’ from the toxic sales quota. I was wrong. I felt as thought I was being hunted in the fitting room where my name was repeatedly called out without any reason and she found me in the checkout line. I guess this is another way for SAs to pick up unwilling clients. It was obvious she wanted to come up to claim the commission and wouldn’t leave me alone. When I hesitated after I found out that I mistook an item from something else online, I encountered a pushy tone to order online without a second’s thought.
Please let us shop in peace and give us time to make a decision. The clothes are not that affordable and the quality is spotty in certain lines, so we can’t just drop our money like this.
Next time, I know I’ll just bring everything up to the cashier line and wear headphones. Customer service at cashier area was friendly and I appreciate that.

Got the gift card here with $400 balance, and my information got stolen and aritzia not even resolve my case or whatsoever. They’re super irresponsible . Such a shame for the customer service of a luxury fashion store

I went to this location today and had a really bad experience. The employees were pretentious, and the customer service was bad. I bought a dress and asked the employee nicely if I could have a new one from the back. She brought me the new dress, but while I was paying at the counter, she kept laughing and talking, which made me feel uncomfortable. Despite requesting the new dress, when I got home, I realized she had given me the old one instead. I'm so disappointed.

I like Aritzia but this store in particular has poor customer service. For the past 10 years at least I’ll pop in here and last week, for the first time someone calmly and kindly greeted me. The key is kindly and not having a snobby air about them. I’ve gone in and either felt pressure to buy things I did not go in there for or received no help at all. Still have a top I regret ever buying due to pressure tactics. I think it’s hit and miss. I have often wondered if they look at people, judge them and decide how to treat them based on that.

I’ve been to this store many times and have had very mediocre service in the past. However, I was helped by Rachel who was so helpful and friendly. She was fantastic!
