After visiting numerous jewelry stores in search of an engagement ring, I am grateful to have walked into Arctic Fame. The staff were all welcoming and greeted me every time with a smile. Many thanks to Rania for her time, patience and honesty in helping me find my diamond. I highly recommend working with Rania as she goes the extra step in customer service. Ribo was so incredibly helpful! We stopped here first, then went to a few stores in the mall before making a purchase - most of the other stores, it was difficult to get much help. Ribo was very involved, asked questions, and made the experience fun. We were very happy to make our final purchase from her. The dynamic between the staff there was awesome, too. Great place.**Update**: I lost my wedding ring and had to replace it. I went to a different location and they were no help, telling me that something else was the same ring when it wasn’t. Julie was able to find and order in the exact ring I’d lost - so grateful!!

I came to resize my ring. The price for resizing was a bit high but they were able to do it next day. We walked through the store and Homa was able to help me find the perfect ring. She was a great help. I will definitely be back.
