While shopping at London Drugs, I asked a supervisor for help finding Christmas mugs, but they did not assist me and were unhelpful in their response.They just told it’s in the central unable to find eventually. Feeling unsure and frustrated, I then went to the customer service desk for help.
At customer service, I spoke with Mariam, who was very kind and approachable. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and communicated clearly and calmly. Entho, there was line behind. Mariam helped me locate the Christmas mugs and made sure I knew exactly where to find them.

“super happy with the service i received !! was surprised by the affordability. took my miele in after the motor died, it got diagnosed and the part was ordered. i paid for the part itself and the labour only cost $35. vacuum works great. would definitely recommend.
my only note is that you may have to do some follow up calls to know if/when he’s done fixing but was very easy to get ahold of.”
