They have the worst customer service . Bought a 10k ring , returned it 9 days later within refund window. Was told they will have to send it back to warehouse for inspection of diamond to make sure its not been tampered with . Strange , they could have just verified it at the store but I agreed waited for 9 days and then was told that verification has gone through and store will take ring back..all this while, I had given the ring back to store. Next thig I know is they told me I cannot get refund back on my card and instead refund will be processed through global payments for a charge that has already been posted on my card with only 8 days left for my to pay the card bill..never have I ever waited till last minute to pay a 10k bill on my card. Simply cause they have a weird refund policy and won't give me refund back on my card. Now I don't know whether and when my card issuer will process refund and they might ask me to pay 10k bill and later send me a cheque for refund. They should make refund method completely clear so that one can make an informed decision before buying . Now I a..hoping global payments processes refund quickly and hoping my card issuer does the same because if I pay them late that will affect my credit score which I have diligently built over years and never missed a deadline to keep the score amongst highest 5 percent In Canada

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Ann Louise Jewelry Store. Last year, we bought two white gold wedding bands from them, and after just one year, they’ve developed a yellowish tint, which is frustrating.
For comparison, we bought our original wedding bands from a respected store in Mexico 13 years ago, and they still look amazing—shiny and bright, even after all this time. We paid almost the same amount for the Mexican bands as we did for the ones from Ann Louise, so it’s especially frustrating that the new bands have such poor quality.
We decided to get new bands because mine needed resizing, which would have messed up the engraving on our originals. We initially wanted a design similar to our Mexican bands, but they were triple the cost, so we settled for a simpler design from Ann Louise. When we mentioned that the Mexican bands cost around CAD $1500, the staff laughed, which felt pretty ironic given how the new bands have turned out.
This weekend, I went back to Ann Louise to have the new bands cleaned and asked about the discoloration. They said the Mexican bands are handmade with fewer imperfections, while the Ann Louise bands are manufactured and not as refined. The cleaning was free, but the bands still didn’t look great. To get them polished properly, you’d need to pay $60 per band.
If you’re looking for quality wedding bands, I’d suggest exploring other options, especially if you have the chance to shop in Mexico. The craftsmanship and value there are simply better.

This location is by far the best location, from online orders to pickups in other cities, and online deliveries in different areas of Canada. I will be back. There is no doubt they know what they are selling, and their friendless was why I couldn’t help with the added discount of purchasing two pairs of earrings. Cheers.

My partner and I were looking for wedding rings, we both have special sizes, I am 4.5 and he is 13.5, so the seller told us that he would ask his manager if they could make them and he would call us or send us an email (which never happened) and he also mentioned that they did not make ring engravings. We never got a response from the store but we actually really liked the models we saw, so I contacted them by email where they told me that there would be no problem in manufacturing them and the engraving had no additional cost, it was a quick response and the rings arrived before the expected time so it was great! I don't give the store 5 stars for not taking us seriously with our order and if I could I would give 10 stars to the girl who helped me by email, good online service but not in person.
