I went onjuly 25 5:50pm, there were more than 3 staffs in the store but none of them were paying attention. Zach were helping after I "disrupted" their conversation and he really shown me attitude.

I had terrible experience at this store few days ago. I came in to return/ exchange an item I received as a gift. I called ahead of time to see if an in store credit would be allowed as I did not have a gift receipt. The CSR over the phone said yes no problem. I came to the store and was met with an extremely rude Store Manager Sandy Hu who had very bad customer service and took no accountability that one of her staff members provided me the info that I would receive a store credit. The Store Manager refused to accept the return (store credit) and did everything a Store Manager should NOT do when it comes to customer service. I asked for the District Manager's contact info and I was denied that as well. The way I was treated at this store by this Store Manager Sandy was extremely humiliating. No customer should be treated this way. I really hope that Adidas Canada sees this and provides this store manager coaching/ learning opportunity in customer service.I am a HUGE adidas fan, however unfortunately I will now have stay clear from this store and attend a different location.

Store manager refused to return my pair of shoes because I purchased it originally in Downtown location, said they don’t have that product in their store stock anymore, which doesn't make sense at all as customers are eligible for returns in any store as it's written in the return policy.
