I had the pleasure of going into this store and received the best customer service I have had in years. It is so hard to find anywhere post Covid, that still believes in great customer service. I was lucky enough to be helped by a man I believe is the owner, named Shane, and his son, that was not only highly knowledgeable about his products, and extremely helpful, but provided customer service second to none. Such a pleasure to find a small excellently, family run business, in this new world of big business where no one cares about the customer. I was lucky enough he was able to do an extensive search online and find me the hard to find part that I was looking for.
You are a breath of fresh air in the retail industry sir, keep up the great attitude and hard work.

Got a rim for MB, just balanced and installed it. Drive nice so far.
They have many parts that hard to find elsewhere.
Owner could be more friendly and more kind (not everyone know as much about cars and parts or how to inspect them as he does) but I am not North American so i don’t get upset ?

So, my company purchased a verified “used” electronic throttle body from this company a year ago. We installed it, and did not work. We reached out to the company and went back and forth to verify correct part and diagnostic. Diagnostic were correct. Bad part. Informed them I’d be sending the bad part back. Had no response but that’s ok. Fast forward to present day. Took over a year to find a good core and have it rebuilt in the USA. Customers car was in storage. We now have car and have replaced with a remanufactured throttle body and running great. Now they refuse to accept return. So they get to profit from a part that should not have even been sold. That’s bad business! Do not buy from them. Who sells non tested used parts……..Ace German does.

Shane was awesome. If you are nice you will be treated the same. Be logical on your expectations for prices. You are not buying Toyota parts. Before you go to his store or call look online first to see how much it cost for the parts then call/go to his shop. If they have the part then you can negotiate for the price. Be reasonable as they are there to make money as a business and you are there to save money from buying new parts from the dealer. If you love your german ride and will want to keep it running without breaking the bank, this is the place to go.

Just called this noon to check if they have a part for a old SUV and they guy who answer the phone,the owner, got mad because I just called to check if they have that or not, and did not buy it because I am busy... IF I AM NOT ABLE TO GO AND I
DO IT PERSONALLY WHY I HAVE TO DO IT IN PERSON JUST TO SATISFY THAT ANGRY PEOPLE?
That's a BEAUTIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE... THANKS I WONT COME TO SEE YOU AGAIN.. MANY PEOPLE KNOW HOW YOU TRADE THEM AND IT IS SO STUPID TO PRETEND TO BE LIKE THAT BECAUSE ONE DAY YOU WILL FIND SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T HOLD THE WAY YOU ARE AND KICK YOU MAN

So far so good! Shane sourced parts asap… they picked up the phone, no waiting, had inventory info right away,Even matched the color. Just need shipping and logistics to work out soon! Good place to start a search…
