What a great experience dealing with Rene at AA Quality Import at the Canada Way location.
Rene was very curtious and honest from the get go. I'm so happy with the vehicle I bought. They took care of some minor repairs before I picked it up. They gave me a fair price, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Their service is outstanding. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again, as well as recommend them to family and friends.

Strongly recommend this place for good quality pre owned cars. Place may not look like much, but the polite, knowledgeable and professional staff makes up for it. It was a pleasure dealing with Fredo, and his sales staff, they were very pleasant to talk to, made sure to address all queries and showed excellent customer service. Gave good advice if it was worth trading in my old vehicle. Me and my hubby are happy to purchase our Toyota hybrid from them.

Update: these guys are for sure slimey scammers if I could I would give them no stars at all they replied saying they do not have record because I paid in cash but I do have a statement of me insuring the vehicle which was a gold/tan 2002 Toyota rav 4 which broke down with less than an hour of driving. After checking more reviews after I posted this 11 months ago I hope they did not try to pawn it off on anyone else…. They think them replying defensively to peoples HONEST reviews will make them seem better but it truly just shows these guys are slimy scam artists. I hope karma gets you.

I have not purchased any vehicle from this place, I was interested in one but the terrible reviews stopped me in my tracks. All you have to do is read the CRAZY rude replies from... various owners? Guess the dealer goes through a lot of turnover with equally crazy owners.

Advertising a 2003 refurbished RAV that they claimed only had 44,000K on it. When asked why a 20 year old car had such low kms they claimed “it was driven by old people who didn’t use it much”. This is a blatant lie because they said they bought it as a rebuild from ICBC and ICBC does not disclose previous owners age or information.When I called them on the lie and asked them to explain they skirted the question.Then they claimed my mechanic who had come to inspect it had tried to extort them for money in order to have it pass the inspection. Another blatant lie as I know my mechanic well and fully trust him.Then they sent me a photo of a fake document claiming it was from ICBC proving the low mileage.Seriously messed up way to do businessAlso the majority of their positive reviews are quite obviously fabricatedDo not trust these people!!!
