I came by 03.50 am, but it was close. There is a one man, and doing cleaning and door was locked. I thought 7/11 were 24 hours open, and seeing one of the stores is closed with that heavy rain, that's inconvenient.

Love this store they sell almost anything, cigs, lottery, slurpees, chips, chocolate, gum, pizza, sandwiches, milk, juices, hot coffee, etc. Excellent service.

Racial discrimination: letting a white person cut in line and check out first, while a person of color hasn't even finished gathering her items before being told to let the next customer proceed to checkout.

The 2 Indian staff kept cancelling my mobile order and claimed the item was not in stock even though I found the item on the shelf.
Then, they had the audacity to refuse to let me order claiming "I kept cancelling the order". Use your head, if I'm here to pickup my order, why would I cancel it?
What happened to the customer is always right? The staff clearly didn't know how to process a mobile order which resulted in it being cancelled because they never scanned my items against the mobile order.

The store doesn’t make an honest effort to honour the 7-11 slurpee day. Staff’s attitude is bad. No wonder this store has such low ratings..

When they found out that they couldn't fulfill my order, they did not think outside the box (pun intended) or tried to contact me. I ordered 4 whole pizzas and they did not have a box for them. They could have opted to place the pizza slices in individual containers. They had tons of those. but they were not resourceful. They even gave me the excuse that they thought I was going to have it for a party (even better to have it individually wrapped! ) It was a pick up order, too so they could have waited for me to decide. But no, they thought they would just go ahead and cancel the order. I was very disappointed because I drove in the rain to their location just because they were the only ones who had that flavour, and when I told them that, they had the audacity to tell me "it's not that far!!!" Nope. I'm done with this location. Very unempathetic people who don't know how to solve a simple issue.

I bought a 50 dollar prepaid card and it didn’t work and so I went to sleep thinking it would work tomorrow but then it didn’t so I went back the store and asked for a refund but they wouldn’t refund it
