When they found out that they couldn't fulfill my order, they did not think outside the box (pun intended) or tried to contact me. I ordered 4 whole pizzas and they did not have a box for them. They could have opted to place the pizza slices in individual containers. They had tons of those. but they were not resourceful. They even gave me the excuse that they thought I was going to have it for a party (even better to have it individually wrapped! ) It was a pick up order, too so they could have waited for me to decide. But no, they thought they would just go ahead and cancel the order. I was very disappointed because I drove in the rain to their location just because they were the only ones who had that flavour, and when I told them that, they had the audacity to tell me "it's not that far!!!" Nope. I'm done with this location. Very unempathetic people who don't know how to solve a simple issue.

I bought a 50 dollar prepaid card and it didn’t work and so I went to sleep thinking it would work tomorrow but then it didn’t so I went back the store and asked for a refund but they wouldn’t refund it

Other stuff was on my bill said I'm not paying it til those items are voided oh were just trying to give u points. check total before paying. always get a receipt.

Today, I came here to buy a lottery ticket, and an Asian clerk was extremely rude. She completely ignored me, refused to help me print the ticket, and displayed a strong sense of impatience throughout the entire process. It's the first time I've had such an experience.

Grouchy staff. Im not sure if he is worked up or doesn't like his job.am I supposed to understand a wobbling head as a response to my question? Theres such thing as reading between the lines, but the wobbling head does not constitute an answer. not in Canada. Train your staff.

On April 4th came in here for cappuccino, but milk tank was empty. I’ve told manager about it but he reacted like nothing happened.
So I just walked away without any purchase.
And there was a strange unlovely smell in store, like something burned out.
Terrible service. Sure not come back again, there are many other places.

They NEVER label the "hot chocolate" as being a "Reese's hot chocolate" when they change it.
1) I would get something else if I knew it was a peanut butter hot chocolate flavour but here I am with a large hot drink I do not want.
2) what about peanut allergies???
