We are totally new to raising our own animals for food. Steve at Farm Gate Meats took the time to explain what we needed to do and how to do it. With his advice we successfully dispatched and cleaned our first pig. We took it to Farm Gate Meats and they did the cutting, wrapping. Everything worked out great. The cuts are perfect. The hams and bacon came out exceptional.

I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. So willing to share his knowledge, expertise and customization skills. I was recieved with minimal notice, treated with respect. You can see the professional in this place as you pull up. Kind courteous and informative. Driving by his sign every day for work was the best stroke of luck I could have hoped for. I will be back. Thank you for making the processing of our pigs so easy.
