This is the best Home Hardware store I have ever been to, by far! Excellent customer service and a huge store! We drove all the way from west kelowna to buy a smoker. I had called about 7 other home hardware stores, looking for the smoker I wanted. No one had stock except Shepherds. Highly recommend shopping here!

They often have stuff in stock the other similar chains don't... Keep in mind: even though the store has "Home Hardware" franchise sign on it, it won't come up if you web-search for "Home Hardware".
People working there are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about stuff they sell. Would highly recommend this store.

We are building a house and the staff at the contractor desk have been wonderful every step of the way! We showed up late the other day and Bruce and Phil, were a tremendous help. Super impressed with the new design centre as well, thanks for everything Gordon and Ryan

Kirk “the captain” was very unhelpful and unprofessional, he gave the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Would not recommend using.

I can't thank the lady working on paint desk enough for her help today (even with her beautifully manicured nails). I bought the wrong colour (too light for what I needed) and she was sooo helpful and I'm very happy with the outcome ❤️ We've also bought the flooring for our house thanks to Cliffs help and it looks fabulous! Keep up the epic service!

We live in the lower mainland, but I had to get some names of local contractors to provide a referral to a client. The contractor desk went above and beyond providing quick and thorough answers. They were friendly, accommodating and it was very clear why Shepherd's Home Hardware is so highly rated!
