To start, the staff are great. Plus I recently got them to paint hard bags for my Harley. There were some issues trying to match the custom color it has. In the end I was happy if they just got it close. When I got them them they were basically identical in color to my bike, and came in under the estimate!Extremely happy with everything, 100% recommend.

Had work done in Alberta. Went to Canstar for warrentee work, hood rusting in corner.They contacted manufacture and are willing to supply new hood, Canstar would not paint hood. They offered to split cost of painting. Cost to me was over $600.When work was done (over $12,000) it came with a lifetime warrentee. Splitting cost it not a life time warrentee.Would not recommend.John

An absolute joke this place was. 2.5 weeks it took for them to take pictures of rodent damage and windshield replacement threw icbc that I have a claim for…I called them 2 weeks after pictures were taken to see what was taking so long for an appointment to do rodent damage fix and get a new windshield… to find out they never ordered the windshield and apparently icbc said to deal with Vernon dodge dealership for rodent issue … called Vernon dodge dealership made an appointment and the are able to address both issues same day only having to wait 5 days… doesn’t always work out to go locallyService: Electrical

Brought my car in for an ICBC claim repair. The quality of work is just not there, fender line doesn’t quite match up and the paint is orange peeling. The clear coat is also rough in spots. Disappointed to say the least.Services: Painting

Armstrong Collision repainted both sides of my truck and the shere number of paint nibs they left on it is insane, one actually showing the primer. I let them know so they could fix their quality for the next customer and I showed it to the Manager (as per his request) and he offered to fix it, I said no. I called to let them know the problem, NOT to let them touch my truck again. The Manager told me he was going to do something for me because he wanted me to be satisfied and I told him he didn't have to and he said "No, I'm going to work something out and I call you next week". Here we are 3 or 4 weeks later and nothing, I have called 3 times and at least once I left a message and no response.I was not going to say anything online or otherwise but I'm not about to tolerate being lied to. I never asked for anything and if they didn't offer me anything or if they had spoke with me and it turned out they couldn't do anything, this matter would already be closed.Service: Body & Trim
