“I was having issues with severe vibration. Adam, immediately found the issue. I had a rear passenger tire separation of the bands. This could have been a major accident had the tire failed at high speed. They were able to replace all four tires which was needed. The service was outstanding. “Dylan is phenomenal. I'm diligent about the tires and brakes on my car. I was going over 70,000 miles on the original pads and was listening for the tab squeal signaling the need to replace the pads. It never came. One morning, on the way to work the pads suddenly started to grind. I stopped in and asked Dylan if he'd be able to check out the car. He fit me in on that day and then told me what needed to be replaced. He only replaced what was necessary and was able to fit me in on the next day schedule and had it done on time with an itemized bill listing exactly what was done. It's getting harder to find a mechanic that does exactly what needs to be done and when they said it would be done. This man is true to his word and highly recommended.”
