I have been coming here for a while and the service is usually good but the new service advisor supervisor is very unprofessional and rude. I went there to get a service on my car and my after deck was working perfectly fine and than when i got my car back, it wasn't working anymore. I found it very weird but also did not blame the shop at all.
I politely asked for them to check it over. maybe bump a wire or something during the service. he said they didn't touch it so they wont take a look. he said go take it to another shop.
I will not be coming back to steve auto shop again
I dont recommend this place with the service advisor being so unprofessional like that.
the mechanics did nothing wrong here, I'm sure they are a great bunch of guys.

I bought 2 new tires from them, and even the cheapest ones were overpriced. Then I had to wait an hour and a half for them to put the tires on my car. Not only that, on the previous trip there, they forgot to put my jerry can back in the trunk when they took it out to get the wheel that was in there.

I have been here several times and I have never been disappointed with the service and price.. if you need something done because of a mishap. Usually they will squeeze you in unless they are super busy that day....... and again today they went above and beyond to squeeze me in, to fix me up... thanks Alex and the crew

Just had some front end work done on my vehicle at SuperSteve's and I am beyond satisfied. Great people on site. Friendly, full of knowledge and willing to help out. Prices are fair and the wait/ repair time was minimal. Thank you to Chris in the office and Al in the shop.

We went to Super Steve’s two weeks ago to have our tires changed. Firstly, they booked us in on a holiday Monday only to call back to change the appointment because they didnt realise it was a holiday when they booked us in? Weird, but alright…no big deal. Secondly, They are quite a bit more expensive than Kaltire but we thought that was fine given we were supporting a local shop. But then they had us load up our own old tires into our vehcile, didnt even try to help which I thought was a bit odd. We also unloaded the tires to be swapped on our own, no service people came to help. Also odd. However, They were super quick with the change over of tires which was nice, but now two weeks later not one but TWO of my locking lugnuts on the passenger side of my vehicle are MISSING. Fallen off. Obviously not great, kind of a safety issue. Checked other lug nuts to be find out they are all merely hand tightened! So they had been put on, and not even tightened. All of them. When I talked to Alex, whoever he is manager or owner, and he offered to give us two new lug nuts. I said I wasn’t going to drive the vehicle with them missing and would come pick them up to put them on myself. He LAUGHED at me and said its no big deal to drive a vehicle with missing lug nuts. Great way to talk to upset an already upset customer. Agree to disagree. He asked if we came in for a re-torque, I said his staff never discussed a retorque with us. He said “well its on the receipt but whatever” seriously dude? If it is a serious safety issue, your staff should be telling customers directly how many kms to return in. Every other tire shop does this if they think a torque will be necessary. No one is going to read a receipt for that kind of pertinent information, especially fine print. Re-torquing is something of the past now with a lot of tire shops, so when it wasn’t discussed with us we thought nothing of it. So, I said I would come pick up the lug nuts, but I am definitely not letting them touch my vehicle ever again. We had hoped to be returning customers and support a local shop, but we certainly will not be back.
