Very bad service . They advertise something else and charge a big amount of money for shipment to India. On radio they advertise 140 dollars for upto 10kg of weight and then charged $239 plus I was told only $50-$100 for custom but I was asked to pay over $150. I will not recommend this place if you’re looking to send any parcel of India. It’s insane amount of money. Will never come back to this place for any services .

This place is an absolute joke. Do not go there. They have zero clue what is going on. 3 different people in line their answer was “we don’t do that” even though on their website it says they do. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Very Poor Service. Business cannot be trusted with dropped off items.On approximately, Monday 16th November, 2022, I dropped 2 return items (boxes) to your place of business at Aldergrove. The boxes contained 2 Samsonite medium sized luggage, valued at approximately $396.00 plus taxes 12%. The 2 boxes were fairly large as the luggage itself measured 27.5 by 18 by 12.3 inches. The boxes had a UPS prepaid return address to Samsonite Canada. I chose your location for this drop off as it’s the one closest to my home. Upon drop off, I inquired about a receipt (since it was a UPS return label) but was told by the female staff behind the counter that receipt was not necessary. I did not think much about this (no receipts issued), as from my experience (dropping off packages at this location) I had never received any receipts. I also recall, I had a brief conversation with this female staff member. She asked me about the contents inside the boxes, and what was wrong with it. I told her the boxes had brand new Samsonite luggage, and nothing was wrong, except I found the luggage to be too small for my upcoming travels. And that I was returning them to Samsonite. I also recall the office was not busy and thus spending extra few minutes chatting with this female staff. And then I was out of Country for about 4 weeks. I kept checking with Samsonite if they had received the return luggage/boxes. However, the return items/boxes were never received by Samsonite. As such I was not able to get my refund in time (return due date was 30th November 2022).Upon my return to Canada, I visited your office on 28th December 2022. A male staff member (unknown name) was behind the counter. I explained my situation and he advised me to check with UPS. I also left my phone contact with this male staff as I requested for the female staff (who had received the boxes in November) to contact me urgently. Upon follow up with UPS, I was told that the boxes were never picked from your office. I waited for a call back from your female staff. But since I never received any call back, I visited your office for the second time on 3rd January 2023. Mr. Amit was there this time. I explained my entire situation again to him. He advised me to put all details in writing, and this is what I am doing.Almost 1 year has now passed and neither UPS nor your office has any knowledge of what happened to my 2 return boxes.I will appreciate it if you can immediately reimburse me for my 2 parcels as the parcels were left in your place of business from which point they went missing.Samsonite luggage receipt; UPS prepaid return label & tracking detail was provided but my emails are simply ignored.

Services is so good everytime when i had a delivery from india they help me alot and sometimes they help me in know everything about and give me a reasonable price in comparison of other delivery points i am very very thank full to this shop to help mee in my every good and bad time ❤️❤️

Was a regular customer but got a horrible experience from Mr. Amit when I came to know that they charged me way more when I compared with other services in the same area. VERY COSTLY.
