I’ve spent my last dollar at this or any Save On/Overweighty store indefinitely. The customer service is nonexistent, and the arrogant, assuming pharmacy staff don’t care about the customers wellbeing and would rather flex their imaginary authority for no other reason than to “teach you a lesson”. Save yourself the time, money & spend it elsewhere, somewhere that actually appreciates your business. There’s a Pharmacy at the Shoppers DrugMart right across the parking lot where the staff were BEYOND helpful in assisting me with my needs. The Dispensing fee for medications is CHEAPER as well ?. There’s lots of choices out there where to spend my hard earned money and I’ll be exploring them, hope the rest of you do as well. Be well.

I advise people to avoid buying meat from Save On Foods. I bought steak yesterday (it looked fine) and when I came home to cook it, it had a horrible sour smell. I didn’t feel comfortable feeding it to my son. I’m not sure if they have issues with refrigeration or something, but the meat there is sour and not safe to eat. I just had to throw it all out and I cannot afford to replace it.

I have a lot of sympathy for the two girls at the first counter, the white haired girl and the girl covering her hair, they are very enthusiastic and help me even though I don't know English ???

Last night the closing announcement was made 30 minutes prior to close: Too early for standard save on franchise policy. Workers had produce covered and put away by 9:30. Saying you stay open until 10 is misleading. I felt followed, rushed, and pushed out of the store by children/ young adults who don’t want to work clearly. please invest in a better work force who cares more about save one, western family, values. atrocious.

Used to be a big fan, but have had nothing but problems in recent orders. I'm talking meat that is 3 or 4 weeks expired, multiple orders in a row even with a note asking them to check expiration dates. Or mushrooms that are a week gone off and totally covered in mold.
Gave them several chances to do better but after 4 orders full of expired and moldy food, I've had enough. Sad, as I've been a customer for over 6 years. But I'm going elsewhere now.

I go to this save on lots since its right by my house and I have gotten food poisoning twice. I know it must be from here because all the ingredients used where bought from here.

This is probably one of my favourite stores in Aldergrove. The place is so nice, and the prices are so reasonable. They have a wide range of items, and the produce is so fresh. The employees are also so helpful and kind.

The best place to shop in Aldergrove. Clean store with good quality meat, produce, and baked goods. Also nice to have a decently-stocked deli counter. They also bag my groceries for me. A much better shopping experience than the discount grocery chains.
