I was denied an 10 day emergency supply of medication i have on file. It's detrimental to deny anyone an emergency supply. The supply is by discretion of the pharmacist but law states you're entitled to up to 30 days of medication to prevent injury or death to those who are on medication that can harm you, if stopped. There are no restrictions on prescription refills unless it's one of 2 specific narcotics. This was a none lethal pill unless stopped. At ths point I see your pharmacy going out of its way to harm others which is against your oath. So perhaps you need an education in what is and isn't allowed, as this is a quick way to cause a death and ruin yourselves. I'm lucky to have had someone help me pay for it or I would have spent hours in hospital, waiting on a supply. How would that go when the hospital Doctor were to hear that? Maybe a complaint to the College of Pharmacy for not holing your end of your oath. I'll never shop here and I will move my prescription also. You really should be ashamed.

I lost my drivers license and a few days later it arrived in the mail. The postmark said it was from this Save-On in Aldergrove. I am so grateful to the excellent staff at this Save-On. This was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you.

Amazing service! I had left two boxes of Christmas cards at the cash by accident and came back two days later to see if they still had them. Even though the customer service clerk could not find them in the stores records, gave me the two boxes back. “We believe you”. Wow. ?

Got third Covid shots for me and my wife. Super fast, very friendly. Lance, the very aptly named needler, was so good I didn't even feel a pinch. And yes, I hate getting shots. Great work all round.

Tried to come here to purchase intramuscular injection syringe and needles for estradiol valerate (I don’t naturally produce estrogen), they first asked me for my vials, then changed their story altogether saying they don’t sell it…. Very poor customer service

Please kindly update your hours on Google & make this information more easily available when customers phone in so those desperately looking to fill a prescription will not drive to your closed pharmacy and will instead go somewhere else that is open.

My wife had dental surgery and I checked the web site and it said closes at 11pm so I got there at 845pm and at the store it said closes at 9 and when I told them she just had surgery she rushed her prescription for us so she able to sleep tonight and I feel that was going a little above and beyond to another person I just want to make sure she know I'm thankful

Haven't tried save on food pharmacy aldergrove but if I'm trying to avoid sof aldergrove I dnt think I will bother going to their pharmacy either.
