My car finally die, and these guys were very orgainzed. I little bit of confusion with the text at first, but they replied and all went well. The guys that arrived where friendly and knew what had to be done. They came and were gone in about 10 minutes. They are the highest cash back in the business. My mum and I were in a situation we needed a car recycled/removed. We recieved a quote for the Towing and they were going to pay us for a part as long as a certain part was in tact.
The team arrived and someone had cut out the part without our permission. They said unfortunately they couldn't pay us but that was 10000x understandable at that point we were just feeling anxious about their time and the situation. They were immensely kind and said taking the car was still not a problem as there were still parts they could use.
They also helped us jumpstart a battery and unstiffen a tire on a car my mum was wanting to sell and parked it for her. (Honestly I was thinking please just take them both, please LOL. ?)
The team was so kind and knowledgable. I can't thank them enough. I'll definitely spread the word around about the amazing efficiency, quality, and work ethic of this company.

Absolutely flawless service! It didn't even require a phone call - I texted them for a quote, they asked me a few questions through text, and we were good to go. We set a time, I gave them my keys and transfer paperwork upon arrival, and my portion was done. All of 2 minutes face-to-face. They were super accommodating, friendly, and professional from A to B. Extremely happy with their service, and I will definitely be using them if needed in the future. Thanks guys!
