“As a person who has enjoyed pets my whole life, I have always enjoyed Bosleys.... However their langley store AND their Aldergrove store go ABOVE and BEYOND. I have a blue nose pitty, rather large at over 100 pounds with a head like a basket ball.. Most folks are rather hesitant to approach ( they have no idea, blue nose pitties are not your average pitt bull).
I had purchased a different food the other day and the young fellow that helped me warned me about the small kibble buy me always knowing everything ( NOT) got it anyway... I humbly returned to bath Jack's a few days later ( today) and the lady, not even the one who had helped me offered to return the food and exchange it for a larger kibbled food.
The staff was more than friendly/ helpful and sincere... I will be coming back to wash my dog and get his stuff there as long as I live in this beautiful area.”
