Always have a great experience here. The staff are super nice and help you any way they can. My first goto shop when I need anything hardware related. Definitely recommend if you're local to Aldergrove.

Great selection packed into this one store, but my main praise is the staff. They always have a lot of staff available who are eager to assist. Every time I come in, I'll be greeted by at least one or two staff members willing to assist.
They're great at giving ideas and alternate solutions. They always walk me directly to the product in the aisle to ensure I get exactly what I need.
It's very different from that big orange box store where you have to hunt down staff members for assistance or wait in queue to be helped.

Tiny but great selection. My husband buys bird seed here often and loves this place. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Thanks for setting us up with a scene+ card the other day :)

The staff at this location make you feel like a criminal, staring at me the whole time I am in the store, following me around the isles. They are very lucky I didnt say something when I was there. Definitely my last time in this store!

It's a big box store I guess but it's run like a small family business. 10/10 experience everytime I visit. Currently I'm working in the construction site across the street and this store has been an absolute life saver when I needed something in an emergency.
Can't say enough good about the store but I definitely wanted to make a point to say the employee Howard is an absolute gem. Every staff interaction is friendly and welcoming but the other day I had an issue and Howard was able to have me sorted out and back to work within 10 mins and I cannot articulate how important that was to me. Whole staff is great but I just gotta shout out that boy Howard ???

Very helpful staff and usually a good price. . So I will be back. Staffing changes are kinda hard because I go in and they figure I don't know the store etc so I inform them that I have been going there for 8 years and I am good. But no they still haven't figured it out yet.. guess I'll just keep saying that I'm good or their memory is worse than mine because I get asked everyday ? ?..

The staff here are amazing, always friendly and helpful - this most recent visit I bought two gallons of the wrong colour of paint (my fault) and they worked with me and spent extra time to try and colour-correct it. Thank you Julia and Kaylen - I so appreciate your patience!
