very bad experience, I wanted to change a product that I had not opened the packaging and the ticket showing,,, and they did not want to change it,, I explained that in another store they do accept it but the lady who serves did not even want to try,, that according to the policies of the store, I don't understand it knowing that it is a store with a lot of demand, they should have more consideration with the customers, I don't agree

Left a dying, screaming for its life mouse on a glue trap. They wouldn't let me take it to try and save it. Will never shop. I know it doesn't mean much to them, but for shame.

This store is gross. I'm in the store now, there is garbage all around the front door. When you go in the 1st set of doors there's chips and garbage all om the inside. Inside the store isn't better. There's garbage in the aisles looks like floors haven't been swept in a month. Told an employee the really didn't seem to care nore doing anything about it. I'll shop elsewhere from now. Gross

Staff are wonderful, store clean and organized and decent selection. Lost a star because they've followed the let's put people out of work lemmings and installed self-checkouts. NEWS FLASH: That "they create jobs (building & servicing them) is a load of b.s. corporations are feeding you to get you to do their jobs for them to increase their profit margins. THEY ONLY CREATE JOBS FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN AFFORD TO GO TO SCHOOL. WE NEED TO KEEP JOBS FOR THOSE FOR WHOM SCHOOL IS NOT AN OPTION.

I liked the old store better. Now has self serve checkout. Tries to sell you an echo friendly bag for a $1. I thought I was buying a plastic bag. To cancel it and take it back you need a customer service rep. It was the only thing on the checkout and it wouldn't let you start over. Now I know why a friend of mine has so many Echo bags at home. At the end of checkout it asks you how many plastic bags did you use.
