My husband and I drive from Princeton every year to buy our winter tires here. We always buy new. We purchased 6 tires for our dually in October and noticed quite a bit of wear on the front tires so we just drove there on Saturday to have them replaced. I told the woman that was working that we had only purchased them in October and they come with a 2 year warranty but she never offered any help or warranty replacement. She said they don’t want to sell just 2 tires so we would have to buy a full set which we didn’t want to do and she let us walk out the door with no offer to help or sorry you drove all the way from Princeton…very disappointed and would not go back here again.

DO NOT BRING YOUR RIMS HERE. brought 2 of my bmw wheels in today to get the tires taken off, the staff here is clearly not properly trained, clamped the rim from the inside leaving indents on the rims. afterwards I pointed out to the owner, he shrugged his head and said not my problem nothing I can do. Very unprofessional business.

By far the RUDEST crudest "customer service" ever, followed by pure theft of customers tires.They'll sell and install tires, sure, but make sure your old tires are returned before you leave - otherwise they're selling you the tires they stole from the previous customer. You'll probably purchase mine.If it LOOKS shady and questionable, it is.

Amazing service and people. Drove in, had new tires on within the hour and drove out. The price and honesty was great. It’s not something you see every day at car related businesses. I would highly recommend.

Edit: they strung me along for another week saying they had the tires at another location, then when I showed up in person the boss (who had forgotten we talked face to face last week) said she had been on vacation for weeks, lol. This place lies, throws employees under the bus to save face and offers tires that won't fit.Contacted them about a specific measurement of all weather tires. Was told they had them, quoted a price and said see you tomorrow morning.After rearranging my weekend to make this appointment, I arrived and they did not have the tires. Claimed they "must have been sold last night" (after hours somehow). Then proceeded to offer me, all season tires in a size that my car would have shredded.Very poor experience.
