Super convenient how it’s Always open and they have a good selection of snacks. Was having a hard time deciding between 1 star or 2 but because of the women who work here they get an extra star. The women who work here are always kind and friendly, as they should be. They say hello when you come in, and have a good night when you leave. I really like every female I have spoke to who works here. As for the men at this location… there are a few men who are ok (ones who work during the day) but the later night male employees are just not nice. They give you dirty looks as you walk in with no greeting. Then they moan and groan if you ask them any questions or for help. They litterally act as if you spending your money at this location is an inconvenience to them. I have spoken to them about their attitude before, and one of them told me it’s just because they have a lot of stuff to do(inventory& stocking) but that doesn’t mean that they need to be straight up
Rude to you. Thank god they have a self serve checkout now..

Sucks that this is the only 711 close by because the night time guys who work at this location have terrible attitudes. They act as if you are inconveniencing them by shopping at their store. Never once a smile out of any of the 3 regular night time guys. They are just plain rude. The daytime staff have completely different demeanour and are actually pleasant to deal with. I will be sticking to shopping at this location only during the daytime until the nighttime guys can learn some customer service, I’m sick and tired of being treated badly by them and leaving with the dirty glares that follow me. Please hire new staff or you will be loosing many customers. I buy a ton of goodies late night, but will definitely be driving the extra bit to the Abbotsford location where I am treated with respect. Do better!

DO NOT shop here they are scammers! They will take your money and say it didn’t go thru! Went in to purchase a few thing tapped my phone told me it was canceled when it showed on my phone it was paid for, so I paid again and same thing happened I showed them on the spot that the money was taken out. They said it didn’t go thru also I paid with another card and they said it went thru. They told me if it still showed on my account they will take care of it and refund me my money. Went in today because it has been charged twice the manager came in very strong told me that’s not our problem to deal with the bank, I already had gone to the bank and was told to go back to get a refund. The manager was extremely rude unprofessional I’m very disgusted with his attitude. Yelling in the store while there were other costumers.

Excellent store and services by the Associates. Aditi provided exceptional service to us. Not only did she offer to make fresh food for us, but she also did it very quickly. I highly recommend their store, especially this one in Aldergrove. If you're lucky enough to be served by Aditi, it will make your day.

I love 7-Eleven. They got good donuts and good food and all the gas stations. I feel like 7-Eleven is the best. Good job 7-Eleven

The owner was the nicest store owner i've met in years. Remembers your name, and alwayd created a great start to my day. Can't beat their croissants and coffee :) great point system with the app too

So the employees usually are fine to give the deal on sales but with a bit of push back now they are teaching their new employees to not give it. Be warned if you try to do it. If this continues to happen might have to report them

This is one of my favourite places in Aldergrove. The employees are very kind, and they have a very wide selection of items, and to what I find very reasonably priced.

Do not go to this establishment. They have listed price tags but when you get to the till they charge you more. The owners are running a scam. and when confronted they act hostile and act like the customer is in the wrong. In B.C it is a law you must honer listed price. This store is reported and will be inspected and reported employees will be fired.-Aldergrove Business Bureau

Young guy at the counter during the day could sure use a course in manners. Kinda creepy they ask you to remove two pieces of ID out of your wallet too. Will not be supporting this store again. Recommend Express shop down the street. Much friendlier staff, capable of providing quality customer service.

This place has been a disappointment more than a few times now. First by making their food self-serve during the middle of a pandemic which was unsanitary, then by having issues with my card (which worked everywhere else), and then today by for some reason being unable to accept 7/11 gift cards? Never the employee's fault, but I'd definitely suggest going to another 7/11 for your fix. This one isn't worth the trouble.
