Spent $8300 to fix oil leaks, engine light came on as I was driving off the lot and have the same leaks 5 months later

I took my very ancient Subaru to them to diagnose an oil leak. They were kind enough to forgive certain lapses in communication on my part (I got a very chill call when my car alarm was going off: a quirk I had forgotten to mention) and a grungy undercarriage. They diagnosed the problem, gave me really honest, non self-serving advice on how to proceed, and didn't even charge me for their time. Super patient, friendly, and conscientious.

What great customer service! A couple of weeks ago, I was travelling to Vancouver when my engine light and other warning lights came on several kilometers from the nearest community. I pulled into BigO Tires and they were clearly busy with other customers but after a very short wait, a technician came out to my car, checked the codes; took the time to ensure everything was ok, explained the findings and then completely surprised me with "no charge". This situation could have been so different! Restored my faith that trustworthy and honest mechanics are out there. Thank you for your kindness and wonderful customer service. If I ever have car problems again, I hope I am in Aggasiz!

Absolutely fantastic! I came to these guys late in the day, on a tow truck with a flat tire.They found a backup tire in case my couldn’t be fixed, however that didn’t matter because they were able to fix my tire.Lifesavers who helped me out in a bind and cost me less than I expected.Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your help and service are very appreciated.

After traveling over 4000 kms, we had concerns about the rear differential on our truck. Without an appointment, and on the Tuesday after a long weekend, we were fitted into the extremely busy schedule. Thankfully, no problems. And no charge for the inspection. This company rocks! Take all your business to them!

I had my battery die and I live right by the shop so I walked down with my battery. They charged it up for me for free which was really nice of them and unexpected. It's nice having a shop around that values treating people well.

The customer service here is top tier. Amazing staff very helpful. I had metal plate under my car fall off and the same day they actually fixed and removed it for free because they just wanted to make sure their customers are safe. They also let me know long it would be and if I should wait around or go home in the first 3 minutes of looking at my car. Literally the best place to go highly recommend! They also have the cutest shop dog you might run into!

Ordered 4 Yokahama LT tires on Jan 13th. William said they would arrive Jan 17th or 18th & he would call to set up appt to install. I called on Jan 18th & he had no idea about tires but he would see if they had received them & if not would, call to find out where they were and call me right back. 2 hours later I called and William did not know if they had received them or where they were and had not called anyone to find out. I cancelled the order, went to Kal Tire and purchased 4 Michelin LTX for $208 less. Service at Kal Tire was EXCELLENT and tires were balanced and installed 20 minutes faster than they originally said. Truly a "under promise and over deliver" experience at Kal Tire.
