I visited Taran a few weeks ago to upgrade my phone and to switch providers. I hate dealing with phones and providers, but Taran made the process as quick and easily as possible. Go see him if you're looking at a new phone or provider!

Please do not buy a phone here. They only care about there pay cheques not in your best interest. If you bring your phone back within the 15 days (buyers remorse) this store will not help you at all. Buyer be ware.

1st off I'm just gonna say I've been a Fido customer for a long time and I've been going to a different store that I'm not going to name for a while thinking it was my store.I went looking around for the Samsung flipZ 4, the only place that had it was wireless wave. So I was literally forced to go there to buy my phone.The customer service and the gentlemans that helped me and my wife get us into a plan was the most informed person that I've ever dealt with , dealing with phones and plans. They helped us save money $600 on our plan and the phone. They were knowledgeable very polite and super super helpful getting around and navigating the whole phone plan situation to where we also save money in 16 months on our phone plan protection thank you so much for the great service!!!!!!! You guys our are new spot. Thxs eh!!!!

Went in today to get a new iPhone for Boxing Day sales. Waited in line for over an hour and when I finally get to the counter the sales man started serving two other people at the same time behind me. Stopping at me, leaving going to two others then coming back. I said excuse me it’s really rude I’m trying to buy a phone and leave and he told me he has to multitask and laughed in my face. When I walked away and said I will not waste my money at your store he was like ur really not buying it? ABSOLUTELY not why on earth would I give you guys a couple thousand in revenue when your rude employee can’t even focus on me for ten minutes to sell me a phone, pathetic. Horrible customer service. ALSO they were all eating fresh slice while serving customers and touching peoples brand new iPhones with their greeecy paws. OH and he said he couldn’t set up my Apple Watch to cellular but could charge me for it if I wanted it. Just go to whatever carrier you want to buy from. Wireless wave is pathetic

Wow! Amazing customer service. The guy who helped Jovie and I to get a new phones exceeded our expectations. Chris is very polite, kind, knowledgeable and will give you the best deal you are looking for. He is so amazing! I will highly recommended this place if you’d like to have a very good deal and excellent customer satisfaction.
