Being able to shop in Costco while waiting in line to chat with someone is awesome, but I’ve been to this particular kiosk several times, and I’m always impressed with how knowledgeable and efficient the staff are :)

They were able to resolve an issue that I have been trying to get Rogers to fix for over a year. Took quite a while but they kept at it until is was resolved. Very much appreciated.

My thanks to both Jasson and Dale for the help in getting my new phone. Jasson gave me some guidance which I needed to take some time to think about and when I came back in Dale took me through the who process and got me set up with a new Pixel 8.
