It was disappointment when I wasted my time in line up and finding the productte item was showing $9.99 but at the billing counter the Manager Jasvir told me it was a wrong ticket and I need to pay 16$ and did not honor the price which actually was printed on the item itself! She removed the ticket and ripped but I asked her to put back the same to keep a proof. I can speak to the right person for this!!!

Samreet and her manager were completely incompetent. It took over 15 minutes to complete a very simple return, most of that was just waiting for the manager to show up at all. Samreet wouldn't speak to us, even when handing our receipt back, despite us being very polite. It was clear that our request was deeply inconvenient and that she didn't want to be there.

Absolute worst service I have ever had, I tried to buy a clear stackable rotating organizer it was clearly together, it was priced higher that the same one without the second layer but the young girl at the front said they needed to be sold separately even though it was obvious it came together. there was no residue from at sticker ever being on it because it was a set. She was completely rude about it rolling her eyes because I wanted them to look into it. Which I new would be futile because it was the only one. All the gentle man did was go and print out a price tag and say there was no way to find out. Will never shop here again.

If there is a possibility of 0 star I will definitely go with that.. I am a regular customer and went there for a return. They asked me for my drivers license when I asked y you need my license they said we have doubt . We are investing money in there business and they treat us like this. Hundred of times we return in Walmart or superstore. Nobody behave like this with me. I will never go there and recommendation to anyone.

probably the worst customer service in a winners ever. I came in after work (i am a mechanic) so i look grubby, whatever. I have my hands full of clothes and went to the fitting rooms got asked to leave my purse, and he will watch it, thats okay not even 10minutes later I come out my bag is under a stack of clothes and I have to tell him 3 times for my purse. Then at check out the cashier is just huffin and puffin literally throwing the clothes at me to put them into my bag and seemed like such a big deal I had a gift card. like i get it working retail isnt great but its still your income. Ive shopped at winners forever and now on be going to a different location just because of how poorly it is staffed. dont know if it was because of my clothes but seriously.
