Easy, simple and amazing transaction with WCK! Ordered a paddle on a Friday morning and it arrived, EXTREMELY well packed (even had Fragile stickers on the box), in Quebec on the Monday morning (I had paid a minor and fair extra for quick shipping). Paddle is in perfect condition, as expected, and I definitely recommend doing business with these great folks. Website was easy to navigate in and find what you are looking for. A++ for products and for customer experience. Thank you WCK, I’ll be back! ?

Excellent service and advice. Staff went out of their way to help purchase the right boat for me and make sure I was satisfied. I had a warrantee claim on the first boat (Aquaglide) that was handled quickly and the process was simple and easy. I was given options for a replacement and provided with a boat that was better suited for me.

My wife and I were looking for a canoe that would suit our age and ability. We had done a fair amount of research and thought we had made a good choice.. Thank goodness we attended a couple of Demo Days! Truman saved us from making a serious mistake (and probably saved us a lot of money). His patience in listening to our needs and his expertise soon had us matched to the perfect canoe. We have already had 2 great trips in our perfect match.
When we attended the Abbotsford store to pick the canoe up Rylan got us set up with everything we needed including a roof rack. What great guys.
You will be in great hands with the crew at Western Canoe and Kayak. Thanks everybody for a great experience!

Just bought another boat from WCK - replaced my glass Clipper Tripper with a kevlar version. After nearly 20 years I sold the glass boat for $450 less than I paid for it new. Quality boats that last and perform. Service is 5-star. This is the fourth boat I've bought from WCK - super friendly and knowledgeable.

The selection is truly impressive, featuring a wide range of canoes from top brands, ensuring that there’s something for every skill level and budget.
The store itself is beautifully laid out, making it easy to browse through their extensive inventory. I was particularly impressed with the variety of accessories and gear available, from paddles and life jackets to dry bags.

Sam, Laura and all the staff at WCK persistently advocated on my behalf with Hobie when I was trying to resolve issues with my pedal board and warranty. I know Hobie is not easy to deal with and appreciate their efforts.
The store also has lots of cool stuff.

She was THE key for helping us with our first big purchase of kayaks, a canoe and all the required bits and pieces. She was professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout. Pascal was a rock star to deal with. No pressure, super informative and helpful. We also had a great experience with Margaret at the recent outdoor show. Both included some personal kayak experiences, which lends so much to the sales process. These people know their stuff. We ended up buying 2 inflatable kayaks. Can’t wait to get out and use them!
