Overall disappointed. Paid the $26 for the full brush wash. LOVED how well the brushes got all the road trip yuck off my car but it didn't rinse properly so I ended up with soap scum dots all over my car. I called their office and left a message to ask if I could come back for a free basic wash and rinse so I could actually enjoy a clean car and didn't hear back from anyone. Wouldn't come back based on this experience. Too bad. The brush ones are hard to find now but for $26 I should at least get to enjoy a clean car for a day!

It's so nice and convenient to be able to wash your car yourself.
I wonder if there is no one to manage it. There was so much trash piled up that it was unpleasant. The people who just threw away the trash were worse... but it was a shame that there was no staff to clean it up.

Money waste if you start wash car u spend around $30-$40
And sometime we put on coin for starting what they have just count your two coin or one only your 2 to 3 coin waste stating time

Went to get my car washed and spent $23 on the best one they offer, extremely disappointed, didn’t clean my car and left purple soap spots all over my windows and doors. Will not ever be going back. Such a waste of money

Regular Cleans most of your vehicle. Softcloth leans more. Self serve cleans the most.

Came here for the first time on June 9th - waited in line for the one touchless wash that was available as the second stall was out of order.
When it was my turn in line, I paid and opted not to get a receipt.
As I'm waiting for my turn, the vehicle in the bay ahead of me broke the wash because the scrubber got stuck on his hitch. No attendants were present, so he kicked it off his hitch and went on his way.
I called to inform them of the incident and asked if they could return my call and follow up.
I told them in the voicemail that I didn't get a receipt because all seemed well as I was next in line.
When I went to go through, the machine didn't run, so i tried to do coin op, but their ATM machine was out of order.
I opted to go somewhere else and got a wash for much cheaper.
Received no follow-up, not even a phone call back. Wasn't expecting a refund, but a "sorry for your experience" would have been nice. Poor customer service.

I don't normally leave a bad review but here we go... I used to wash my vehicle here quite a bit. I admit i haven't been in awhile. The cost has gone up significantly! Used to cost me $10 -$15 dollars to wash my truck now it cost me over $20! Not only that the time has gone down as well:( The brush on the foam brush is well sad. If the cost is going to double the quality of the stuff should have improved. This is not the case. I will go elsewhere now.
