This Walmart is Absolutely filthy. I went to get some groceries open packages rotting smells. Only one Regular till open self checkout is useless takes forever to get help. I go to the walmart in langley and the one there is clean and lots of tills open. Self checkout is amazing in langley. Stuff being stocked nice and clean. And sanitary. Never going to high street again. And the staff are rude. I have to stand my ground for the standing code of practice. Every negative review is 100% true. Shame on this location.

never picked up the phone when I was asking if they had any lunchly and prime in stock. TERRIBLE. customer service NEVER. come here

Front end staff sucks. Floor staff does not carry scaners and refuse to help . Front end ASM does not know how to speak to a customer. Management is getting paid for doing nothing. Worst walmart ever never had a good experience here . I wish if could give them 0 stars!!

We do online grocery shopping at this store. I purchased Dole jello fruit cups and when we received them they were moldy. Obviously moldy. Like you couldn't miss it. The cup had been cup open when it was received. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager because this should have been caught while they rotated stock. I explained my mum was partially blind and if I wasn't here to help her she would have eaten the mold. She said she would look into it and replace our fruit cups. Next week same bloody problem SIGH!!!

Staff approaches you at the self-checkout asking for a 5 star rating and when you don’t rate they wait until you leave and klick 5 stars themselves. Also they never have any baskets to shop which is annoying.

The hovering people at self check out found something in my cart they don't even sell took investigated, found that it was infact mine because my daughter put it in the cart but still insisted on taking it or charging for something the sell that was similar but way bigger

Staff are unpleasant and not very helpful. They never know where to find anything, if you can even find someone to ask that is!
No baskets, Ever.
Had replacements in, for maybe a week, and now back to no baskets.
Prices keep going up, coolers and shelves are constantly empty and bare, fruit is often bruised or starting to go moldy.
A disappointing place to shop at, to say the very least.

I had a very disappointing experience at Walmart. When I tried to pay, they didn’t have change and were rude when I asked them to find some. To make matters worse, I was charged for an extra item I never purchased. Despite my attempts to resolve the situation, the staff remained unfriendly. After several frustrating minutes, I finally received my change, but not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. This was not the level of service I expect, and I won’t be returning.

We went there for passport photo but they said they don't take toddler passport photo here. That’s weird because noting is mention on the website .

This location has really gone downhill. I didn’t have any change to get a cart so I went to grab a basket. None to be found. There was flies buzzing around rotten onions and it was very difficult to find what I was looking for. There was a bunch of smashed glass pasta sauce bottles in a center aisle and they had been there so long that the sauce had dried onto the floor. There were two female employees standing in close proximity to the broken glass and dried sauce and never gave it a second look. There was only one checkout open and the one man there was working extremely hard but was still friendly. Truly looked like the only employee who cared. I would not return to this location unless you are buying something non perishable.
