I recently purchased some 4x6 Fujifilm spark prints and two round value ornaments. I went to pick up my order in-store yesterday, but the photo centre staff was unable to locate my prints. They told me to leave and said they would call me once they found them. I insisted on waiting as I had been notified that they were ready for pick up in store. The staff member took a quick look and claimed she couldn't find them and had her manager take a look who also claimed they in fact did not have the prints, so I left. Shortly after I had left and almost made it back home, they called me and told me they found them and asked me to come back. When I complained about the hassle and inconvenience to the staff they said they couldn't help me as I had placed the order online and would need to call their head office directly. Moreover, the ornaments were of such poor quality. The pictures and text on both were not centered. On one of them, a part of the picture actually ended up printed on the back of the ornament pushing the text off centre. On the second one, the picture on the front and text on the back are off centre as well. I called the head office to complain about both issues and they asked me to go in to the store again to have the 'poor quality' verified by a staff member. I offered to take pictures of the ornaments and email them directly, but they claim they can't do that and a staff member has to start the process. I notified them that this was a waste of time as I had already been inconvenienced once when they couldn't find my order the first time and now they expected me to go back in for a third time. This was my first time using Walmart's photo centre, but after this awful experience I will be taking my business back to London Drugs.

It took the staff 20 minutes to find out my poster print was misplaced and they couldn’t find it due to their major renovation. I had to go back the second time to pick up the order. My poster was rolled very tightly in a long and narrow shipping box, when I opened it, the picture was blurry, it was impossible to flatten and there were dents everywhere! Even worse, customer service refused to refund in store and told me that the print is final sale; after talking to the customer service manager, department manager and the store manager, they decided to offer me a gift card instead. I will not use this photo centre again, London Drugs can do a much better job!

Great service and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable and they always seem to have some sort of photo package on a deal.

My photos were blurry, the colour was off and they printed the wrong photos. Don’t go there. London Drugs is a far better experience.

Had the receipt, packaging and was still within their return policy time but still wouldn't take it back.
