I am a disabled person and a local UPS store has refused to deliver my purchase to my home for many months. I have previously made a formal complaint with UPS USA, resulting in an order to deliver to my home, which was IGNORED. UPS is interfering with my mail. I have had many parcels returned to sender because of the actions of this store: 32465 South Fraser Way #4, Abbotsford BC, V2T 0C7, Canada. UPS has discriminated by to refusing to deliver to me, a differently-abled person. How many others are going through this? I have contacted the store many times, called UPS many times, and this is still happening.
There is a shorter, very thin, white man with brown hair that I feel extremely unsafe seeing near my home. This delivery driver approached me one day at the UPS store, told me he recognized me from my building (my home) and told me he had seen me at different locations around the city. I had never seen him before. I felt uncomfortable and left the store immediately. He approached me outside the store before I left. He handed me a piece of paper with his phone number on it and told me to “ask for help anytime”. This man has my full name, phone number and address. He visits my address daily. I feel very anxious upon seeing this man and ever since this time, I have not received the majority of my UPS deliveries. UPS is enabling this man to harass me and I will be reporting the matter for both the issues of harassment and discrimination.

Worst service ever . The guy is too rude . He don’t want to talk with customers while he prefers his call first instead of customers.

Held our package hostage. Told us to pay $20 extra, lost our package, told us to pay extra, lost our package and are now damnding another $20 to do a pickup of the package. At this point cheaper to return the package and make it UPS's freaking problem

Poor customer service. Other shipping service offices like Canada post and FedEx have no problem reusing the bag or box the package was shipped in. The woman behind the counter wanted to charge me for a new package and tape despite there being nothing wrong with the package it was in.

I have been to this location only once however it was not a positive or welcome. As i myself am in the customer service field. I found this location to have horrible customer service. I wonder if they know what it means to be in the customer industry or what good customer is. Now that I have searched and found that it is a franchisee I now understand why it has such bad reviews.

Yeah definitely understand why this place has such a low rating. Avoid this location at all costs, incompetent, rude employees with no interest in doing their jobs. Genuinely worst service ever at a UPS location.
