Worst service ever . The guy is too rude . He don’t want to talk with customers while he prefers his call first instead of customers.

Held our package hostage. Told us to pay $20 extra, lost our package, told us to pay extra, lost our package and are now damnding another $20 to do a pickup of the package. At this point cheaper to return the package and make it UPS's freaking problem
