Beware!! When u give ur credit card details to the Guys working in Abbatsford Mobile Shop in Super Store to buy ur phone or something they later use it to order things for themselves…in first week of December i bought a phone a Punjabi young boy was on shop he ordered food from Door Dash then I had to block my card,then it came to my notice that it had happened with my friend 2 years back at same place…so will never go to this place again.

Awful went in to switch to a new contract and the guy asked to see my phone knowing that I was trading it in until the new phones came in. He ripped my screen protector off and when asked if he was going to replace it because he wrecked it he said well it doesn't do anything to protect it anyway. Mind you my phone is in perfect condition with zero scratches anywhere after 2 years because I protect it. ?

Stopped by to setup my phone with Shaw Mobile. The associate was friendly and helpful and the process was quick and clear. The only downside was that the location was a bit busy, so I had to wait a bit for my turn.

When I needed to renew i had just had knee surgery so this was the closest place to go. Never again. I was promised a credit on my bill and 6 months later i still dont have it. I could write a book about about the run around I've gotten. Will never darken their door again.

The WORST customer service I ever experienced..they make you wait for HOURS and not good at their job. Today, because of one of there representatives fault..I couldn't get my phone I waited 3 days for. It was his mistake and he was like, come back tomorrow like I don't have anything else to do in my life. Don't go there, you'll highly regret it.
