If you haven’t shopped Little & Lively in-store at the Kindred Studio yet, you are missing out! The store is beautifully set up for ease of seeing all the products, as well as equipped with a kid corner for littles to sit or play while you shop. The customer service is second to none and I personally can’t walk out of there without buying something every time I visit. There’s the added bonus of the in-store only flawed section where you can find some serious gems for a massive discount and also the preloved items just looking for a new home. Can’t recommend L&L enough! 13/10

I found this company shortly after my daughter was born 3 years ago and have been buying from them ever since. I have had nothing but great costumer service including when I have made a mistake and had to reach out to them. They have offered me a refund (if my order had not shipped yet) for my mistake. I have watched them grow over the last few years and although each season may have a different theme all seasons colours work well together. The fabric is soft like butter and the quality is great. I look forward to continuely ordering from them in the future.

My daughter has skin and fabric sensitivities that makes soft, comfortable clothing a requirement for her. Little & Lively is a brand that has many fun prints, colours and designs to keep her happy and they are made with durability to keep myself happy. It is beautifully made clothing and the bonus is amazing customer service and being able to support local/small business.

Literally the best kids clothing you can get, by the kindest, most friendly people!All 3 of my kids wear their clothes, which have outlasted any of the cheap fast fashion kids clothing we've gotten them. Their customer experience has always been incredible. Lifelong customer over here ✌️

I don't know where to start praising this brand, I only wish I found them sooner. The clothing...one word.... INCREDIBLE. My son has sensitive skin, hates zippers and clasps and will literally only wear Little & Lively leggings and Joggers. The fabric is incredibly soft and because they're pre shrunk he can live in them for more than one season. Big bonus for Mom's bank account. The colours and prints are so much fun and not obnoxious like other brands. I've ordered from them online and shopped in their retail location and I can tell you I have had nothing but exceptional customer service. The staff is friendly and helpful and they are incredibly accommodating if you have an issue with your order. Big bonus that everything is sustainable, and ethically Made in Canada. Wondering wether you should stop in and check them out? don't walk... RUN! Your little's will thank you ;)

Absolutely our favourite clothing! We appreciate that it’s locally made and ethical, but more than anything is the COMFORT! The staff are all incredible, kind people. Shopping in-store is always a great experience.

The clothes are absolutely lovely, however dealing with their customer service is maddening. Sadly due to my experience with their customer service I will not order from here again. The morning after placing an order I found that they had a better deal for the items I ordered in an Instagram ad. They refused to honour this and just kept referring me to their faqs. Putting something in your faqs does not make it good policy or absolve you from customer frustration little and lively. The monetary difference was small however the experience spoke volumes. Unfortunately I cannot recommend ordering from this company despite how much I would like to support a small Canadian business.
